Steady support, stronger learning

When hard times leave a child behind their classmates, we step in. It’s easy to miss lessons due to illness or family stress and feel lost when you return. We connect kids with friendly tutors who work with families (and schools where helpful) to get them back up to speed — so they feel confident, comfortable and proud at school.

When there’s no device at home, school gets harder fast. Typing, research and submissions are online, which can mean long hours at the library and missing out on friends, sport and downtime. We step in with laptops or tablets (and set-up help) so kids can learn, submit on time and still have time to be kids.

Kids notice when they don’t have what their mates have — and school can start to feel daunting, fast. No child should feel ashamed about missing a uniform, lunch or stationery. Together we can ease the worry, provide what’s needed and help every child feel they belong.

Some of the best childhood memories are making the footy team, joining Scouts or heading off on a school excursion. At K4K, we don’t think money should mean a child misses out. We offer friendly, judgement-free financial assistance to help kids join clubs and get to their events — so they can belong, learn and have fun with their mates.
