Great question, its 2025 – let’s be transparent! Currently and since our inception, K4K is proudly 100% non for profit. Every dollar donated goes directly to supporting kids. Every single cent. We’re vey proud of that and that’s what we believe in. Our directors and board are all volunteers and do not take a wage whatsoever. Because of our ACNC registration we also have Charity Tax Concession (CTC status), meaning when we pay tax we can claim it back from the ATO. For now, this small income stream offsets our costs such as fee’s and expenses. We are evolving everyday thanks to the support of some great organisations, donors and partners. We recognise we may have increased administration and running costs in the future and there is a need to look to employ people. In that case, things may change. Keeping highly qualified and motivated employees, paying your office rent and electricity, and making sure that our foundation has up-to-date software and tools all help our goal of making the world a better place for kids….. but for now, we’re still small!

K4K understands this is really important for donors who may have the mistaken belief that charities frequently sell or rent donor addresses and phone numbers. Some charities may – NOT AT K4K! We treat your donor information seriously. We don’t sell any personal information at all and we would only forward your information with your expressed consent i.e to a third party or to link you in with a resource. You may also chose to support, contact or donate to us anonymously.
