tag/share with 3 (three) friends. Step 3: Make a minimum donation of $5.00 (AUD) to

Kindness4Kids Australia.

 A donation minimum of $5.00 is required. A donation above $5.00 does not increase

your chance of winning.

 All correctly completed entries will be entered into the prize draw which will take

 place on 1/11/2024 at 7:00pm AEST.

 The draw will occur in the presence of one company director and at least two other

witnesses.

 The winners will be notified via email, call or text on 1/11/2024

 Receipt of your donation acts as your ticket to the raffle.

 The winners must acknowledge their raffle win within 30 days of receiving notification

and arrange collection or a re-draw will commence.

 The winner will be published on Kindness4Kids social media and website on

1/11/2024

 Any data submitted by entrants is only for the purposes of running the raffle and

future Kindness4Kids engagement. Data is not provided anywhere else or sold. By

entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by

Kindness4Kids to make contact with the winner.

 For the purpose of fairness and transparency, the winners agree to take part in

reasonable post draw publicity and to the use of their names and or photographs in

such publicity.

 Value of raffle prize is above $500 but does not exceed $20,000.00

 The number of donations/tickets available are limited. The total value of donations

accepted is not less than twice and not more than six times the total value of the

prize.

 Kindness4Kids may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not

 comply with these terms and conditions or who has acted in a manner that is

fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation,

tampering, hacking, deceiving or cheating.
